Thomas Bumgardner knows this all too well, and that’s why he opened his new Ballantyne law office earlier this year. After growing up in his father’s law firm offices, he developed a passion for helping others. As he opens his doors to Charlotte and the Ballantyne community, he looks forward to providing expert legal representation and guidance to help others find justice.
“I think I was born to be a lawyer,” said Bumgardner. “As a child, I would visit my father’s law firm, and I would watch people come in crying or hurt. I remember my father being able to help these people. It had a big impact on me, and it inspired me from an early age. I knew I wanted to help people, and I knew I wanted to practice law.”
After graduating with honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Thomas attended law school at Stetson University College of Law. He continued to rack up honors and even won a few awards, including the Victor O. Wehle Trial Advocacy Award and the William F. Bleus Pro Bono Service Award.
Since graduating, Thomas has enjoyed a successful career as a lawyer, and has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of his clients. Not that we have opened our new Ballantyne law office, located at 13850 Ballantyne Corporate Place, Suite 500, he looks forward to doing more of the same.
“I love Ballantyne, and I love the people of Charlotte,” said Thomas. “This community is so great, and I am so happy to be a part of it. Now that we’re open, I can’t wait to continue my career helping the people of my community find the justice and peace they deserve.”
